The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gyuro Meshkov showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mito Markov in the 11th minute of play forced CSKA Rosen's goalkeeper Levent Dinolov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Levent Dinolov didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mustafa Namık Ülgener went, in the 18th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Mustafa Namık Ülgener sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When Stancho Kozovski fell near the penalty area in the 23rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Krnol's protests and gave Stancho Kozovski a yellow card for diving instead. Stancho Kozovski kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. Mito Markovs short, quick shot in the 45thth minute got Levent Dinolov to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. CSKA Rosen's Levent Dinolov proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 47th minute of the match, managed to save CSKA Rosen from getting a goal against them. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Rumen Chulin made the kick off in the second half. Levent Dinolov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mito Markov in the 56th minute of play.
