Ruskovtsu's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. CSKA Rovina's Anton Mihov got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With 47 minutes on the clock, Tzvetan Hrisimov commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. Tzvetan Hrisimov kicked well hit freekick during the 48th minute of the match.

Ganyo Serbezov took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 60th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Slavey Kúrkov. CSKA Rovina's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 65th match minute, Ruskovtsu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stoyne Kadiev to maneuver through the defense. Kuncho Chaev blasted a shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Zahari Pisanov having to make a save. After 72 minutes, Anatoli Bodzhov mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the CSKA Rovina and the Ruskovtsu players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Ruskovtsu booed when CSKA Rovina was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anatoli Bodzhov didn't get a good kick on the ball. Slavey Kúrkov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Danail Mustakov in the 74th minute of the match. In the 75th minute, Alexey Borimechkov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Slavey Kúrkov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Danail Mustakov, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. After 85 played minutes Ruskovtsu got a freekick which was hit by Arhangel Maynolovski. After having played for 92 minutes, Orlin Parpulov managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ruskovtsu's supporters crossed their fingers, but Orlin Parpulov was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to CSKA Rovina getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Anton Mihov hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet as CSKA Rovina's Kuncho Chaev slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Zahari Pisanov. That made the score 1-4 after 98 minutes of play. When the match was over CSKA Rovina could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Ruskovtsu throughout the match.
