Mario Mirazchiyski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Milan Karatotev having to interfere. Zhecho Vidulov was out of position in the 8 minute of play, and Georgi Protogerov capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Georgi Protogerov really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. In the 13th minute, Sasho Vúlnarov ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Milan Karatotev was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Левски София 1914's Sasho Vúlnarov got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Milan Karatotev showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yuli Kúrpachev in the 23rd minute of the match. 24 minutes into the game, Sasho Vúlnarov cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Milan Karatotev was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Haralampi Donchev recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 38 minutes into the match, FC Takatsch's Georgi Protogerov sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Zhecho Vidulov narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Denimir Shkutov kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

After having played for 57 minutes, Marin Shterionov managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Takatsch's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marin Shterionov was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Левски София 1914 getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Vangel Vrúblyanski hit a great ball. After 67 played minutes Левски София 1914 got a freekick which was hit by Dilyan Vezirski. In the 68th minute, Левски София 1914's Yuli Kúrpachev dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-4. After 73 minutes, Haralampi Donchev made it 2-4 with a short kick to the right side. Левски София 1914's Zhecho Vidulov tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After 77 played minutes FC Takatsch got a freekick which was hit by Zlatko Kobarelov. Mario Mirazchiyski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 90th match minute, FC Takatsch was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zlatko Kobarelov to maneuver through the defense. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Левски София 1914 eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
