Serafim Darkov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Martin Velinski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Marian Gazenov managed to get in a good position for a shot. Апостоли на Свободата's Serafim Darkov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lyubcho Kurudzhiev in the 21st minute of play. Veliko Zimbilev hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. With his leg Yanek Zaykov managed to avoid a goal in the 25thth minute, when Апостоли на Свободата's Andrey Stamov fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Andrey Stamov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Yanek Zaykov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 28 played minutes Veliko Zimbilev rounded BatVanio's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-1. The supporters of Апостоли на Свободата booed when BatVanio was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Denko Paenov didn't get a good kick on the ball. Andrey Stamov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Yanek Zaykov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Serafim Darkov was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Lyubcho Kurudzhiev showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-2 in the 52 minute of play. Andrey Stamov blasted a shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Yanek Zaykov having to make a save. In the 57th minute, BatVanio's Denko Paenov dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-3. In the 63rd match minute, BatVanio was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lyubcho Kurudzhiev to maneuver through the defense. Andrey Stamov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Yanek Zaykov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Denko Paenov's late challenge caught a Апостоли на Свободата's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Radostin Hantov in the 79th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Yanek Zaykov prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Andrey Stamov scored 5-3 in the 80th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Yanek Zaykov, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 89 played minutes BatVanio got a freekick which was hit by Lyubcho Kurudzhiev. After having played for 93 minutes, Marian Gazenov managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Апостоли на Свободата's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marian Gazenov was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Апостоли на Свободата fans cheered their team off the field, for while BatVanio had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
