After having played for 42 minutes, Stoimen Haralambiev managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. After the first half FC Knjeza were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

In the 56th minute, Donyo Ekimov left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. In the 87th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Knjeza's goalkeeper Temelko Kumchev, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 93rd minute, Nikifor Chochev hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Temelko Kumchev made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stoimen Haralambiev in the 97th minute of play.
