But to his dismay, Vasko Chochkov quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Rosen Michkov managed to get in a good position for a shot. CARDANO's supporters rose to their feet, but Rosen Michkov was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nikifor Panagonov breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 25th minute Rosen Michkov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nikifor Panagonov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 26 minutes into the game, Donyo Ekimov was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Nikifor Panagonov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The wind increased when Stoimen Haralambiev made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valcho Hadzhiatanasov in the 51st minute of play forced ПФК БОТЕВ ПЛОВДИВ's goalkeeper Nikifor Panagonov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 53 minutes ПФК БОТЕВ ПЛОВДИВ's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Denko Kishev who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Valcho Hadzhiatanasov got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Nikifor Panagonov quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Vasko Chochkov hit a great ball. Kuncho Taralanski hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. CARDANO's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
