Totyo Popisakov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adalbert Opúlchenski in the 3rd minute of the match. After 4 minutes Crusaders of Dark's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Roman Karemov who took care of the corner kick. At last the ball reached Adalbert Opúlchenski at the corner, ending with a kick to difficult to stop for the goalkeeper of Crusaders of Dark. 0-1. With a little luck, OSTROVA's Lulcho Pirov got control of the ball when Dimitar Berbatov tried to sneak it across the goal line. OSTROVA's Lulcho Pirov proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save OSTROVA from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dimitar Berbatov in the 12th minute of play forced OSTROVA's goalkeeper Lulcho Pirov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lulcho Pirov made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when Dimitar Berbatov sent off a good shot on target. In the 19th minute, Marin Petrishki left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The OSTROVA fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. The throw-in from Ventzislav Chavorski in the 22nd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Crusaders of Dark's Einar Hjortberg. In the 25th minute the ball was on its way in behind OSTROVA's goalkeeper Lulcho Pirov, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 27 minutes into the game, Dimitar Berbatov cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Lulcho Pirov was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 31st minute Marin Petrishki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Totyo Popisakov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lulcho Pirov made a fantastic save in the 34th minute, when Dimitar Berbatov sent off a good shot on target. OSTROVA's Lulcho Pirov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dimitar Berbatov in the 35th minute of play. Totyo Popisakov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iliyan Imov in the 36th minute of play. Dimitar Berbatov recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dimitar Berbatov in the 41st minute of play forced OSTROVA's goalkeeper Lulcho Pirov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 43rd minute, Dimitar Berbatov got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Totyo Popisakov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adalbert Opúlchenski, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Marin Petrishki made a kick off. In the 50th minute the ball was on its way in behind Crusaders of Dark's goalkeeper Totyo Popisakov, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 55th minute the ball was on its way in behind OSTROVA's goalkeeper Lulcho Pirov, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lulcho Pirov prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 72nd minute OSTROVA were awarded a corner. Roman Karemov went to the cornerflag to take it. 74 minutes into the game, Dimitar Berbatov cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-2. Lulcho Pirov was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 79 minutes had been played when some careless play by OSTROVA's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Dochko Razpopov was slow to take the kick. During this time Crusaders of Dark's players had a chance to rest. It was a well-played corner which Eligio Rojas managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Dimitar Berbatov struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. Lulcho Pirov didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Crusaders of Dark. After a defensive mix-up in OSTROVA's zone, Eligio Rojas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lulcho Pirov came out of the goal and Eligio Rojas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Crusaders of Dark's Ildefonso Orlondo got a free kick in the 90th minute. Crusaders of Dark's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
