In the 3rd minute of the game Zapryan Aldimirov made a throw-in which Zapryan Aldimirov played forward. Dimitar Berbatov could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 12th minute of the match, but Galabin Stanyov made a huge save. After 15 minutes magla's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Dochko Razpopov who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Crusaders of Dark's corner Dochko Razpopov fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Galabin Stanyov quite easily take care of the ball. Galabin Stanyov made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dimitar Berbatov in the 17th minute. Galabin Stanyov was out of position in the 17 minute of play, and Dimitar Berbatov capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Dimitar Berbatov really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Galabin Stanyov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dimitar Berbatov in the 19th minute of play. Totyo Popisakov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lazar Banski, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. In the 28th minute of the match, Eligio Rojas tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Galabin Stanyov saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 33 minutes into the match, Dimitar Berbatov dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Galabin Stanyov, 2-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Boncho Gramchev during the 36th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Crusaders of Dark booed when magla was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Boncho Gramchev didn't get a good kick on the ball. Zapryan Aldimirov got a throw-in 40 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Teodosi Lingorski. If Matey Mushev had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. magla's Galabin Stanyov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Matey Mushev in the 44th minute of play. Matey Mushev recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Teodosi Lingorski made the kick off in the second half. Through an outstanding action, after 52 minutes, Totyo Popisakov successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 54 minutes had been played when some careless play by Crusaders of Dark's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Teodosi Lingorski was slow to take the kick. During this time magla's players had a chance to rest. The corner led magla's Teodosi Lingorski to fire away a dangerous shot which Totyo Popisakov despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Zapryan Aldimirov made in the 55th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Biser Alexandriyski. Crusaders of Dark's Ildefonso Orlondo quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Zapryan Aldimirov, made in the 58th minute of the game. In the 60th minute Crusaders of Dark were awarded a corner. Dochko Razpopov went to the cornerflag to take it. Crusaders of Dark's Dochko Razpopov was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Galabin Stanyov in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After having played for 66 minutes, Teodosi Lingorski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. magla's supporters crossed their fingers, but Teodosi Lingorski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lazar Banski got free with Totyo Popisakov in the 70th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Eivind Lundemo during the 71st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Crusaders of Dark getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Eivind Lundemo hit a great ball. Galabin Stanyov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Matey Mushev in the 77th minute of play. Crusaders of Dark's Totyo Popisakov proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to save Crusaders of Dark from getting a goal against them. After a defensive mix-up in magla's zone, Eligio Rojas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Galabin Stanyov came out of the goal and Eligio Rojas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 85 minutes into the game, Lazar Banski cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Totyo Popisakov was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 87th minute, Matey Mushev got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 90 minutes into the match, Crusaders of Dark's Matey Mushev sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Galabin Stanyov narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 94 played minutes Crusaders of Dark got a freekick which was hit by Zdravko Bratoev. magla's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
