Blagoy Tzekin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dimitar Berbatov in the 39th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Blagoy Tzekin saved FC JUVENTUS from getting behind. FC JUVENTUS's Blagoy Tzekin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dimitar Berbatov in the 41st minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 5-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

FC JUVENTUS made a substitution. Antônio Carlos Netto replaced Valentim Nóbrega. After a rather tough play, FC JUVENTUS's Dariusz Rakowicz got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Einar Hjortberg kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Dimitar Berbatov took the ball and in the 58 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Blagoy Tzekin. Blagoy Tzekin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. Eric Gorcea made in the 67th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Radko Tachev immediately put the ball in play. Eric Gorcea hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dimitar Berbatov in the 71st minute of play forced FC JUVENTUS's goalkeeper Blagoy Tzekin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 74th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC JUVENTUS's goalkeeper Blagoy Tzekin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 83rd minute, Radko Tachev got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 84 minutes into the game, Crusaders of Dark's Dimitar Berbatov nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Blagoy Tzekin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 8-0. Crusaders of Dark's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
