Anzhelo Gerushin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nikolay Karapetrov in the 5th minute of the match. After some careless play in the CSKA Dec defense, Yane Robev kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lozan Gladnishki. The CSKA Dec fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lozan Gladnishki should have stopped the shot. Bilyan Fudulov kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. Anzhelo Gerushin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vladimir Ikov, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Lozan Gladnishki didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Daniel Shumkov went, in the 15th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Daniel Shumkov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 74th minute Vladimir Ikov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anzhelo Gerushin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, ЦСКА's Velimir Geneshki got a free kick in the 77th minute. Vladimir Ikov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anzhelo Gerushin having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Belcho Hlebarov got free with Lozan Gladnishki in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to ЦСКА getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Ivelin Ananiev hit a great ball. Nayden Statkov hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched ЦСКА eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
