After having played for 2 minutes, Yüce Özalp managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sarikamis FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Yüce Özalp was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bozkurt Sertaçgil hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. After recieving a nice pass, Honey Bees's Ahmet Boran Ergüner tried to score from far away in the 8th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Eric Vătafu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 24th match minute, Honey Bees was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gerasimos Kottidis to maneuver through the defense. In the 25th minute of the match Zaid Sarduç shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Abdulvahit Sebat showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 26 minutes into the game, Yüce Özalp cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Abdulvahit Sebat was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Aykutalp Arslantürk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ahmet Boran Ergüner in the 31st minute of play. In the 33rd minute, Eric Vătafu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Honey Bees's Abdulvahit Sebat played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Birol Yüce in the 40th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hasan Tahsin Cenap in the 42nd minute of play forced Honey Bees's goalkeeper Abdulvahit Sebat to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Honey Bees's Abdulvahit Sebat played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yüce Özalp in the 46th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Birol Yüce in the 47th minute of play forced Honey Bees's goalkeeper Abdulvahit Sebat to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eric Vătafu charged in rather forcefully in the 47th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Eric Vătafu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Honey Bees's Eric Vătafu got a free kick in the 47th minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Abdulvahit Sebat made a fantastic save in the 56th minute, when Birol Yüce sent off a good shot on target. Abdulvahit Sebat made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hasan Tahsin Cenap in the 57th minute of play. In the 61st match minute, Sarikamis FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Çelikan Şinas to maneuver through the defense. In the 62nd match minute, Honey Bees was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tolgahan Uluçam to maneuver through the defense. Birol Yüce who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 63rdth minute tested the skills of Abdulvahit Sebat when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Abdulvahit Sebat showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yüce Özalp in the 70th minute of the match. Burç Dürüst's late challenge caught a Honey Bees's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Burç Dürüst helped the player get up and apologised. In a very dangerous position, a player in Sarikamis FK fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 73rd minute. Penalty! Aykutalp Arslantürk went to the wrong direction when Ahmet Boran Ergüner was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. Ahmet Boran Ergüner recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Ahmet Boran Ergüner had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Honey Bees's Ahmet Boran Ergüner got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Abdulvahit Sebat made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hasan Tahsin Cenap in the 93rd minute of play. 94 minutes into the game, Birol Yüce recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Abdulvahit Sebat. Birol Yüce showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-2. Chants of Sarikamis FK echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as Honey Bees had held the ball for most of the match.
