If Timur Özercan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ufuk Yürükoğlu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aras Atabek, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. When Ahmet Hayri Berksu fell near the penalty area in the 8th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gördes JK's protests and gave Ahmet Hayri Berksu a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Gördes JK's Tolga İpek got a free kick in the 12th minute. In the 24thth minute of the game Aycan Özyay who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ferizli SK's Behçet Aktaş was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Behçet Aktaş took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aycan Özyay, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hüseyin Cahit Kutlar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ahmet Baki Işıldar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Behçet Aktaş showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ahmet Baki Işıldar, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Hüseyin Cahit Kutlar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Behçet Aktaş having to interfere. After 35 minutes, Ahmet Baki Işıldar made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Ferizli SK's Behçet Aktaş tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Nurkan Uluman hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. Hüseyin Cahit Kutlar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Behçet Aktaş having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hüseyin Cahit Kutlar in the 45th minute of play forced Ferizli SK's goalkeeper Behçet Aktaş to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After the first half Gördes JK were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Aras Atabek made the kick off in the second half. If Ahmet Baki Işıldar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Muhsin Usare during the 58th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Gördes JK getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Muhsin Usare hit a great ball. Gördes JK's Ufuk Yürükoğlu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Timur Özercan in the 63rd minute of play. In the 70th minute, Hüseyin Cahit Kutlar fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. After 71 played minutes Gördes JK got a freekick which was hit by Hüseyin Cahit Kutlar. Ferizli SK's Behçet Aktaş played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hüseyin Cahit Kutlar in the 73rd minute of play. In the 79th minute, Hüseyin Cahit Kutlar reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Behçet Aktaş. The goal made the score 0-2. If Ahmet Baki Işıldar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 86th minute, one of Ferizli SK:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Ferizli SK. Batuğ Ökten shot the penalty kick right outside the post. Ahmet Baki Işıldar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Behçet Aktaş tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gördes JK's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
