If Vacib Oytun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, DOCTORS SK's Halis Ekici got a free kick in the 11th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Genco Tandoğan got free with Mehmet Şefik Yağan in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Vacib Oytun took the ball and in the 16 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cenk Tosun. Cenk Tosun dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Mehmet Şefik Yağan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bektaş Veli Derem in the 19th minute of play. 24 minutes into the match, Vacib Oytun notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of DOCTORS SK's Cenk Tosun. Cenk Tosun was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ahmet Gökalp Baybora sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cenk Tosun showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vacib Oytun, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Ekrem Suel hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in DOCTORS SK's zone, Vacib Oytun stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cenk Tosun came out of the goal and Vacib Oytun tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ekrem Suel's late challenge caught a Buca SK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ekrem Suel helped the player get up and apologised. In the 35th minute, Ekrem Suel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ahmet Gökalp Baybora recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Ekrem Suel was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 37 minutes had been played. A collision led to DOCTORS SK getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Ekrem Suel hit a great ball. Yağız Vaha's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mehmet Şefik Yağan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 43rd minute of play. If Genco Tandoğan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Genco Tandoğan's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Mehmet Şefik Yağan firmly grabbed it by the left post. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ahmet Gökalp Baybora was the one to do the kick off. When Edip Koçubey fell near the penalty area in the 54th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Buca SK's protests and gave Edip Koçubey a yellow card for diving instead. 53 minutes into the game, one of Buca SK:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ahmet Gökalp Baybora in the 59th minute of play forced DOCTORS SK's goalkeeper Cenk Tosun to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. DOCTORS SK's defense didn't have a chance, in the 62nd minute, when Vacib Oytun scored to the left of an out of position Cenk Tosun, making the score, 2-3. In the 66th minute, Bektaş Veli Derem made a precise shot to the right of Mehmet Şefik Yağan. Buca SK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-3. Mehmet Şefik Yağan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Genco Tandoğan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 80th minute Ahmet Gökalp Baybora shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cenk Tosun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ahmet Gökalp Baybora fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cenk Tosun having to interfere. After having played for 86 minutes, Vacib Oytun managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Buca SK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vacib Oytun was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ahmet Gökalp Baybora's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cenk Tosun read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 87th minute of play. If Halis Ekici had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 96 minutes into the game, Oğuzalp Orgun was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Buca SK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave DOCTORS SK the free kick. The supporters of DOCTORS SK booed when Buca SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Oğuzalp Orgun didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Buca SK's Oğuzalp Orgun got a free kick in the 99th minute.
