Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Kamber Aygüneş took the kick off in the first half of the match. Batu Özmen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 2nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tolunay Alptekin having to interfere. 4 minutes into the game, Igdir's Ahmet Ali Lütfullah nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tolunay Alptekin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. If Uluç Tunçaslan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Uluç Tunçaslan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Kepsut FK's Kamber Aygüneş in the 10th minute got a chance for a shot 10th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Igdir's goalie prevented a goal. Kadri Akgüngör struck a weak shot in the 13th minute. Tolunay Alptekin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Igdir. After a defensive mix-up in Igdir's zone, Uluç Tunçaslan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Naci Asutay came out of the goal and Uluç Tunçaslan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Kamber Aygüneş had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Naci Asutay showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kamber Aygüneş in the 19th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Batu Özmen in the 20th minute of play forced Kepsut FK's goalkeeper Tolunay Alptekin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Igdir's Abay Korucu got a free kick in the 22nd minute. Erdem Soysaldı was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 23rd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kamber Aygüneş in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Naci Asutay prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Tolunay Alptekin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Batu Özmen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tolunay Alptekin was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Batu Özmen showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 30 minute of play. Naci Asutay stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kamber Aygüneş's shot from short distance in the 34th minute. Naci Asutay showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kamber Aygüneş in the 36th minute of the match. Kamber Aygüneş scored 2-1 in the 38th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Naci Asutay, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 41 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Igdir! Erdem Soysaldı placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! Uluç Tunçaslan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kepsut FK's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Erdem Soysaldı in the 49th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Batu Özmen stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Kamber Aygüneş's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Naci Asutay read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 61st minute of play. Abay Korucu kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Igdir's Mete Çalkın got a free kick in the 64th minute. Ahmet Ali Lütfullah fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tolunay Alptekin having to interfere. With a little luck, Igdir's Naci Asutay got control of the ball when Uluç Tunçaslan tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 76 played minutes Igdir got a freekick which was hit by Kadri Akgüngör. The supporters of Kepsut FK booed when Igdir was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ali Emir Yetiş didn't get a good kick on the ball. Batu Özmen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tolunay Alptekin having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Igdir's Abay Korucu got a free kick in the 89th minute. Naci Asutay made a fantastic save in the 90th minute, when Uluç Tunçaslan sent off a good shot on target. In the 93rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Igdir's goalkeeper Naci Asutay, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Naci Asutay showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kamber Aygüneş in the 96th minute of the match. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Igdir fans cheered their team off the field, for while Kepsut FK had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
