In the 25th minute, REAL MADRİD's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Sylwester Marosz fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. A collision led to REAL MADRİD getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Aşkın Durak hit a great ball. Mikail Ganim showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aşkın Durak, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. REAL MADRİD's Talip Serter played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Güner Akbey in the 42nd minute of play. The audience was convinced that Aşkın Durak's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mikail Ganim was relentless in the 48th minute of the game. Talip Serter didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sütcüler. Sütcüler's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
