Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Erbatur Oğuztüzün started the match with the kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sertaç Ehlimen during the 5th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Cem Muhlis blasted a shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Necmettin Geçim having to make a save. In the 15th minute Erbatur Oğuztüzün shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Necmettin Geçim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Erbatur Oğuztüzün blasted a shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Necmettin Geçim having to make a save. If Erbatur Oğuztüzün had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ali Çağrı Tecen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tuncay Vedat having to interfere. 23 minutes into the game, Gökçen Çınar recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Tuncay Vedat. Gökçen Çınar showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. In the 26th minute, Hüsamettin Aras hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ali Çağrı Tecen scored 2-0 in the 30th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tuncay Vedat, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Necmettin Geçim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erbatur Oğuztüzün in the 47th minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gökçen Çınar stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Fc Ahi getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. İskender Mevlit hit a great ball. Tuncay Vedat made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gökçen Çınar in the 55th minute of play. In the 56th minute Ali Çağrı Tecen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tuncay Vedat saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tuncay Vedat showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from İskender Mevlit, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Cem Muhlis's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Necmettin Geçim firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 74th minute Erbatur Oğuztüzün shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Necmettin Geçim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Yusuf Ziya Payidar could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 82nd minute of the match, but Necmettin Geçim made a huge save. Hacı Ali Özakıncı's late challenge caught a Fc Ahi's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Onuralp Tamay succeeded in the game's 95th minute to get real power on a long shot . Gürselpaşa SK's Tuncay Vedat hadn't the time to block the shot which was pasted into the goal, 4-0! The Fc Ahi support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
