Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Mehmet Bedri Akkurt started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ayberk Harmandalı got free with Ahmet Boran Avcıoğlu in the 4th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Ayberk Harmandalı had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ahmet Boran Avcıoğlu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mirza Dahi, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. A collision led to Ayazpasa getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Barış Garipbaş hit a great ball. Murat Selim Toygar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sinan Şerafeddin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 33rd match minute, Ayazpasa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Savaşer Kapkin to maneuver through the defense. Murat Selim Toygar stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sinan Şerafeddin's shot from short distance in the 35th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Sinan Şerafeddin managed to get in a good position for a shot. FENERBAHCE SK's supporters rose to their feet, but Sinan Şerafeddin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Murat Selim Toygar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mirza Dahi was the one to do the kick off. With his leg Murat Selim Toygar managed to avoid a goal in the 53rdth minute, when FENERBAHCE SK's Sinan Şerafeddin fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Murat Selim Toygar came out of the goal and Sinan Şerafeddin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sinan Şerafeddin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but Murat Selim Toygar made a huge save. In the 92nd minute, Ergincan Kuddusi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. FENERBAHCE SK's Ahmet Boran Avcıoğlu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Melih Cevdet Adıgün in the 93rd minute of play.
