Ahmet Kağan Ülkümen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vehdi Sezgi having to interfere. In the 30th minute, Cumali Dural got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 32 minutes into the game, Farende's Mürsel Adıgüzel nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ali Numan Settar made a kick off. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Farende were victorious despite being under pressure from Eregli for much of the match.
