Mutlu İdil charged in rather forcefully in the 19th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mutlu İdil the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 19th match minute, ☆ Samsunspor™ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mutlu İdil to maneuver through the defense. In the 20th minute, Cüneyd Malkoçoğlu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 26th minute, Kılıçalp İmren managed to get in a good position for a shot. Corum's supporters rose to their feet, but Kılıçalp İmren was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Seyhun Ballı breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Görkem Bilge made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arda Ozan Varlık in the 31st minute of play. Corum's Kılıçalp İmren got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Rahmi Nevruz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Seyhun Ballı tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 42 played minutes ☆ Samsunspor™ got a freekick which was hit by Bulut Kayraalp. In the 46th minute, Rahmi Nevruz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Seyhun Ballı was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Görkem Bilge made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arif Memduh Senih in the 57th minute of play. Denizhan Özbey recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Görkem Bilge was out of position in the 67 minute of play, and Arda Ozan Varlık capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Arda Ozan Varlık really showed his touch with that goal: 2-1. Seyhun Ballı made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kılıçalp İmren in the 71st minute of play. 73 minutes into the game, Kılıçalp İmren cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Seyhun Ballı was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Görkem Bilge showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arif Memduh Senih, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. Rahmi Nevruz kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. Kılıçalp İmren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Seyhun Ballı having to interfere. Bulut Kayraalp's late challenge caught a Corum's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card.
