Mustafa Barış Başhekim came out of the goal and Kutlay Denizalp tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Pride's Mustafa Barış Başhekim proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to save Pride from getting a goal against them. In the 61st minute Afşin Balıkçıoğlu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mustafa Barış Başhekim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Niğde Akrepgücü SK's supporters rose to their feet, but Kartal Tekecan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mustafa Barış Başhekim breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Mustafa Numan Tanalp could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 97th minute of the match, but Mustafa Barış Başhekim made a huge save. The Pride fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Niğde Akrepgücü SK were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
