Ahmet Gündüz Nesip blasted a shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Yücel Kerimhan having to make a save. After a rather tough play, Niğde Akrepgücü SK's Afşin Balıkçıoğlu got a free kick in the 7th minute. When Arif Cengiz Ilıcan came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the Kabadüz fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Arif Cengiz Ilıcan couldn't finish the play. Ahmet Gündüz Nesip received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Yücel Kerimhan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 16 minutes into the game, Seyrani Bengialp was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Niğde Akrepgücü SK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kabadüz the free kick. After a rather tough play, Niğde Akrepgücü SK's Seyrani Bengialp got a free kick in the 16th minute. In the 17th minute of the match Avni Karabugra shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Yücel Kerimhan showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arif Cengiz Ilıcan in the 18th minute of play forced Niğde Akrepgücü SK's goalkeeper Yücel Kerimhan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 19 played minutes Niğde Akrepgücü SK got a freekick which was hit by Tamer İlgi. Kabadüz's Avni Karabugra couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 20th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Niğde Akrepgücü SK. Mustafa Namık Ahıska made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Seyrani Bengialp sent off a good shot on target. Kutlay Denizalp blasted a shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mustafa Namık Ahıska having to make a save. Mustafa Namık Ahıska showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kutlay Denizalp, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kutlay Denizalp got free with Mustafa Namık Ahıska in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Kabadüz's İlhami Tolgahan got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Selman Tüney had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Arif Cengiz Ilıcan made the kick off in the second half. If İlhami Tolgahan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arif Cengiz Ilıcan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Arif Cengiz Ilıcan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 65th minute, Tamer İlgi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 66th minute, Avni Karabugra managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kabadüz's supporters rose to their feet, but Avni Karabugra was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Yücel Kerimhan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ahmet Gündüz Nesip blasted a shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Yücel Kerimhan having to make a save. 75 minutes into the match, Niğde Akrepgücü SK's goal looked a bit too open when Arif Cengiz Ilıcan came free, but Yücel Kerimhan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Selman Tüney struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Yücel Kerimhan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kabadüz. In the 77th minute Kutlay Denizalp shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mustafa Namık Ahıska saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Niğde Akrepgücü SK booed when Kabadüz was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. İlhami Tolgahan didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 81st minute, Ahmet Gündüz Nesip got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Niğde Akrepgücü SK getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Tamer İlgi hit a great ball. Ahmet Gündüz Nesip received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Kabadüz players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
