Gündüz Şikel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Abdi Keykubad tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 36thth minute of the game Hasan Can Tokhan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Kavaklidere's Abdi Keykubad was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 38 minutes into the match, Bekilli JK's goal looked a bit too open when Tayfun Akmeşe came free, but Gürol Çakır reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gündüz Şikel didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 1-0 via right post in the game's 39th minute. Bekilli JK's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! The audience thought a goal was coming when Gündüz Şikel got free with Abdi Keykubad in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Hasan Can Tokhan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bekilli JK's supporters rose to their feet, but Hasan Can Tokhan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Abdi Keykubad breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 55th minute the ball was on its way in behind Kavaklidere's goalkeeper Abdi Keykubad, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gündüz Şikel in the 67th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Abdi Keykubad saved Kavaklidere from getting behind. Gündüz Şikel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gürol Çakır took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tayfun Akmeşe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With his leg Gürol Çakır managed to avoid a goal in the 79thth minute, when Kavaklidere's Battal Seyyit Talaş fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The supporters of Kavaklidere booed when Bekilli JK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sebati Ağaoğlu didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 83rd minute of the match Kavaklidere got a corner. Bekilli JK's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Vedat Doğanlar ran over to the corner to take the kick.
