The supporters of Akincilar JK booed when bitlis SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hüsamettin Timurtas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Yahya Tümerkin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Erkin Pekel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 32nd minute, Bektaş Ali Tuygun ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Erkin Pekel was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Bektaş Ali Tuygun might have been able to make a better finish in the 35th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Erkin Pekel. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bektaş Ali Tuygun ran back to his position shaking his head. 35 minutes into the match, Alim Erşahin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Erkin Pekel. bitlis SK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alim Erşahin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. If Özkan İkinci had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 44th minute Yahya Tümerkin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erkin Pekel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Akincilar JK played a much better game than bitlis SK and deserved their victory. The bitlis SK players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
