The Zafer Akgüneş was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Nuh Nazir made a kick off. Ahmet İlhan Demirhan blasted a shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Zafer Akgüneş having to make a save. Zafer Akgüneş showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nuh Nazir, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. Nadir Kutlutekin's late challenge caught a Yenice FK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card.
