Spectators: 0 (Terracing: 0, Seating: 0, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Nuratay Mertel kicked off to start the match. When Berkant Kabil came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the İbişspor fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Berkant Kabil couldn't finish the play. Nuratay Mertel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 7th match minute, İbişspor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cevdet Satılmış to maneuver through the defense. Mümin Dilsaz who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 11thth minute tested the skills of Saruhan Baysungur when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Arslan Özdek kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. Barlas Kamver took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 13th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Zafer Akgüneş. Kayseri Spor's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Saruhan Baysungur showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Boran Mutlu in the 14th minute of the match. Mümin Dilsaz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 18 minutes, Berkant Kabil managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. İbişspor's supporters crossed their fingers, but Berkant Kabil was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 20 minutes into the game, İbişspor's Nuratay Mertel nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Zafer Akgüneş made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After 26 minutes, Barış Ataergin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the İbişspor and the Kayseri Spor players grew even worse after the yellow card. Barış Ataergin hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Boran Mutlu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Saruhan Baysungur tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Boran Mutlu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 40 played minutes Kayseri Spor got a freekick which was hit by Nadir Kutlutekin. After recieving a nice pass, İbişspor's Barlas Kamver tried to score from far away in the 41st minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 42nd minute Nuratay Mertel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zafer Akgüneş saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Nuratay Mertel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zafer Akgüneş took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nuratay Mertel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Boran Mutlu to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 58th minute, Nuratay Mertel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Berkant Kabil got free with Zafer Akgüneş in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Berkant Kabil received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Zafer Akgüneş tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Aygün Yorgun during the 66th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 67thth minute of the game Boran Mutlu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but İbişspor's Saruhan Baysungur was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 74 minutes into the match, Kayseri Spor's goal looked a bit too open when Nuratay Mertel came free, but Zafer Akgüneş reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nadir Kutlutekin hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Berkant Kabil got free with Zafer Akgüneş in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Nuratay Mertel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Zafer Akgüneş tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Berkant Kabil fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zafer Akgüneş having to interfere. Boran Mutlu took the ball and in the 90 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Saruhan Baysungur. Saruhan Baysungur dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Kayseri Spor's Zafer Akgüneş proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 93rd minute of the match, managed to save Kayseri Spor from getting a goal against them. Zafer Akgüneş showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nuratay Mertel in the 96th minute of the match. Zafer Akgüneş made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nuratay Mertel in the 97th minute of play. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the İbişspor players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
