Güven Tokuşhan started the match with the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Burkay's zone, Güven Tokuşhan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dinçer Kökten came out of the goal and Güven Tokuşhan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 6 minutes into the match, Burkay's goal looked a bit too open when Güven Tokuşhan came free, but Dinçer Kökten reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Baran Alp Özdilek fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Şükrü Merdan having to interfere. Dinçer Kökten made a fantastic save in the 13th minute, when Ahmet Hayri Arısan sent off a good shot on target. Ahmet Hayri Arısan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 14th minute of the match, but Dinçer Kökten made a huge save. Ahmet Hayri Arısan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Dinçer Kökten tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Baran Alp Özdilek in the 20th minute of play forced FıRaT BoRu's goalkeeper Şükrü Merdan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Burkay's Baran Alp Özdilek got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Güven Tokuşhan was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 31st minute. FıRaT BoRu's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Ahmet Hayri Arısan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Dinçer Kökten tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Güven Tokuşhan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Sait Urandu fell near the penalty area in the 44th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FıRaT BoRu's protests and gave Sait Urandu a yellow card for diving instead. In the 44th match minute, FıRaT BoRu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sait Urandu to maneuver through the defense. Mustafa Haydar Özdamar might have been able to make a better finish in the 46th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Şükrü Merdan. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mustafa Haydar Özdamar ran back to his position shaking his head. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Baran Alp Özdilek was the one to do the kick off. When Baran Alp Özdilek came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the Burkay fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Baran Alp Özdilek couldn't finish the play. The supporters of FıRaT BoRu booed when Burkay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dursun Beycan didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 70th minute, Güven Tokuşhan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 74th match minute, Burkay was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Baran Ağyar to maneuver through the defense. In the 75th minute of the match Ahmet Hakan Akartuna sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dinçer Kökten skillfully saved the ball. Dinçer Kökten showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ahmet Hayri Arısan, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Baran Alp Özdilek in the 80th minute of play forced FıRaT BoRu's goalkeeper Şükrü Merdan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Varol Aydınoğlu during the 82nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Burkay getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Varol Aydınoğlu hit a great ball. 83 minutes into the match, FıRaT BoRu's Ahmet Hakan Akartuna broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. If Ahmet Hayri Arısan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. FıRaT BoRu were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Burkay for a fine match.
