Seyrani Nuratay blasted a shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Müfit Tüzel having to make a save. In the 12th minute of the match Ferit Vala sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Müfit Tüzel skillfully saved the ball. Selahaddin Talay sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 24th minute of the match Balaban Tolun shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Müfit Tüzel showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. With a little luck, Cavdarhisar's Saip Deniz got control of the ball when Ahmet Gündüz Kurban tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 32nd minute, Mümtazer Sanbay made a precise shot to the right of Saip Deniz. Cavdarhisar's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Cavdarhisar's Selahaddin Talay got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 43 minutes into the game, Selahaddin Talay cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Müfit Tüzel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Mümtazer Sanbay sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mümtazer Sanbay to make the kick off. In the 54th play minute Selahaddin Talay came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Müfit Tüzel. 1-2. When Selahaddin Talay came up free with the goalie in the 71st minute, the Cavdarhisar fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Selahaddin Talay couldn't finish the play. 73 minutes into the game, Doğan Talut was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cavdarhisar's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SK Erler the free kick. In the 74th minute, Doğan Talut hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 78th play minutes Seyrani Nuratay shot 2-3, a short shot which went by Müfit Tüzel and just under the crossbar into goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mümtazer Sanbay in the 81st minute of play forced Cavdarhisar's goalkeeper Saip Deniz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 89th minute, Doğan Talut left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Cavdarhisar fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-4. Cavdarhisar's Selahaddin Talay got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Seyrani Nuratay did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-5 to the left of a surprised Müfit Tüzel 95 minutes into the match. Cavdarhisar's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
