Spectators: 7226 (Terracing: 5421, Seating: 1662, VIP seats: 143) GALATASARAY's Baki Sebati started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Ahmet Vefik Öztarhan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Şenel Polatalp having to interfere. Halim Özyurt charged in rather forcefully in the 4th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Halim Özyurt the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to GALATASARAY getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Halim Özyurt hit a great ball. With a little luck, Ayaz FK's Binali Kultigin got control of the ball when Ünal Türkdoğan tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the match had gone on for 9 minutes, Altay Ereken took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Binali Kultigin to make any attempt to save it. Ahmet Vefik Öztarhan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Baki Sebati hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Ahmet Vefik Öztarhan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Şenel Polatalp having to interfere. Mithat Tor kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. Ahmet Vefik Öztarhan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 28thth minute of the game Bayezit Mutluay who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but GALATASARAY's Şenel Polatalp was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Bayezit Mutluay took the ball and in the 33 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Şenel Polatalp. Şenel Polatalp dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Ahmet Vefik Öztarhan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Şenel Polatalp took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Baran Bilge Ersoy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ayaz FK's Binali Kultigin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Altay Ereken in the 42nd minute of play. If Bayezit Mutluay had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 45th minute Ahmet Vefik Öztarhan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Şenel Polatalp saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Baki Sebati in the 48th minute of play forced Ayaz FK's goalkeeper Binali Kultigin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

After having played for 53 minutes, Bayezit Mutluay managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ayaz FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bayezit Mutluay was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 56th minute Altay Ereken shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Binali Kultigin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 56 minutes into the match, Ayaz FK's goal looked a bit too open when Ünal Türkdoğan came free, but Binali Kultigin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Şenel Polatalp made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bayezit Mutluay in the 58th minute. Baran Bilge Ersoy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Şenel Polatalp tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Şenel Polatalp made a fantastic save in the 65th minute, when Ahmet Vefik Öztarhan sent off a good shot on target. In the 67th minute Bayezit Mutluay shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Şenel Polatalp saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Binali Kultigin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hakkı Devrim Reis in the 70th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, Baran Bilge Ersoy managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ayaz FK's supporters rose to their feet, but Baran Bilge Ersoy was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Şenel Polatalp breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ayaz FK's Binali Kultigin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hakkı Devrim Reis in the 75th minute of play. 1-2 became the score in the 79th minute when Bayezit Mutluay elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Binali Kultigin didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Baki Sebati went, in the 89th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score. Ahmet Vefik Öztarhan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bayezit Mutluay in the 94th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Şenel Polatalp prevented the ball from getting in the gole. GALATASARAY were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest.
