An unexpectedly hard shot by Ahmet Nafiz Kongar in the 21st minute of play forced Mkj's goalkeeper Baturalp Hızarcı to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Seyit Koyas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Baturalp Hızarcı having to interfere. Barlas Hünkar made an important save on a dangerous shot by Berkan Mutluay in the 25th minute. Barlas Hünkar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Berkan Mutluay in the 66th minute of play. Barlas Hünkar came out of the goal in the 72nd minute to try and stop a shot by Mkj's Nusrettin Ekin. But to his dismay, Nusrettin Ekin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0.
