The Ruby fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Süreyya Keşif should have stopped the shot. Süreyya Keşif made a fantastic save in the 18th minute, when Şenel Özdek sent off a good shot on target. After 23 minutes, Olgun Şahbender made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. CASCADE FC's Uygur Olcay tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Birdal Ocakçı lost his temper 27 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After 27 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Ruby! Süreyya Keşif had in the 29thth minute some difficulties stopping Ali Asım Ispartalı's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. 29 minutes into the game, Ali Asım Ispartalı cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Süreyya Keşif was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ruby's Süreyya Keşif played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sezer Balcı in the 32nd minute of play. After 34 played minutes Ruby got a freekick which was hit by İskender Üçer. Ali Asım Ispartalı didn't quite understand what happened when in the 35 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. Bahri Rafetoğulları sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 43rd minute, İskender Üçer got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ferid Kaçan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Uygur Olcay having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

Süreyya Keşif showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rasim Tancan in the 52nd minute of the match. Süreyya Keşif took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kutluay Sağlamer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Şenel Özdek during the 56th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 56th match minute, CASCADE FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Şenel Özdek to maneuver through the defense. When Ferid Kaçan came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Ruby fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ferid Kaçan couldn't finish the play. Kutluay Sağlamer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Süreyya Keşif tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Şenel Özdek was shown his second yellow card after 66 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Ferid Kaçan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Uygur Olcay having to interfere. The supporters of Ruby booed when CASCADE FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sezer Balcı didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Kayhan Siraceddin came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the CASCADE FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kayhan Siraceddin couldn't finish the play. 75 minutes into the match, CASCADE FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ferid Kaçan came free, but Uygur Olcay reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Ruby getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Olgun Şahbender hit a great ball. The CASCADE FC fans' excitement grew in the 78th match minute when CASCADE FC's Kutluay Sağlamer looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Barbaros Baytüze might have been able to make a better finish in the 83rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Uygur Olcay. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Barbaros Baytüze ran back to his position shaking his head. Baykal Kudretullah fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Uygur Olcay having to interfere. In the 88th minute, İskender Üçer got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, CASCADE FC's Kayhan Siraceddin got a free kick in the 95th minute.
