The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 29th match minute, Gerger was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ahmet Ozan Özel to maneuver through the defense. In the 35th minute the ball was on its way in behind ZEYTiNBURNU's goalkeeper Krzysztof Markowski, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A collision led to Gerger getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Abdulvahit Tanören hit a great ball. Onur Ali Akgül showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abidin Baltaş in the 45th minute of the match. Ali Atıf İlighan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Onur Ali Akgül having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Atalay Türkdoğan stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Gerger's Onur Ali Akgül played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abidin Baltaş in the 55th minute of play. After 57 played minutes ZEYTiNBURNU got a freekick which was hit by Sarp Cintay. 58 minutes into the match, Gerger's Sarp Oncel broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. A collision led to ZEYTiNBURNU getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. İrfan Özerkin hit a great ball. Ferid Ünsevin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Krzysztof Markowski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ferid Ünsevin in the 65th minute of play forced ZEYTiNBURNU's goalkeeper Krzysztof Markowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Krzysztof Markowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ferid Ünsevin in the 68th minute of play. In the 70th minute Ferid Ünsevin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Krzysztof Markowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Gerger's zone, Abidin Baltaş stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Onur Ali Akgül came out of the goal and Abidin Baltaş tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Onur Ali Akgül made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abidin Baltaş in the 85th minute of play. Ali Atıf İlighan succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-1 in the 88th playminute. Ali Atıf İlighan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Ali Atıf İlighan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
