Cenk Hünkar came out of the goal and Keramettin Bir tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Arın Ayazoğlu might have been able to make a better finish in the 13th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cenk Hünkar. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Arın Ayazoğlu ran back to his position shaking his head. Cenk Hünkar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arın Ayazoğlu in the 13th minute of the match. 14 minutes into the match, TRABZONGULDAK's goal looked a bit too open when Arın Ayazoğlu came free, but Cenk Hünkar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When fenerbahçe's Arın Ayazoğlu in the 15th minute got a chance for a shot 15th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. TRABZONGULDAK's Cenk Hünkar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arın Ayazoğlu in the 25th minute of play. In the 31st minute, Atakan Başesgi sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and TRABZONGULDAK's Cenk Hünkar didn't even have to move. In the 34th minute Keramettin Bir shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cenk Hünkar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Enginsu Nadir kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. 38 minutes into the match, TRABZONGULDAK's goal looked a bit too open when Arın Ayazoğlu came free, but Cenk Hünkar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Keramettin Bir recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Arın Ayazoğlu in the 41st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cenk Hünkar prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Keramettin Bir received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Cenk Hünkar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Keramettin Bir fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cenk Hünkar having to interfere. If Keramettin Bir had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Vedat Fişek was the one to do the kick off. If Şeray Ziya had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 63 minutes into the game, Arda Göksel Cezri was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. fenerbahçe's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave TRABZONGULDAK the free kick. TRABZONGULDAK's Cenk Hünkar proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 66th minute of the match, managed to save TRABZONGULDAK from getting a goal against them. The supporters of fenerbahçe booed when TRABZONGULDAK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aytekin Özen didn't get a good kick on the ball. fenerbahçe's Atakan Başesgi shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 70th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Cenk Hünkar but with some difficulty. Arın Ayazoğlu struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. Cenk Hünkar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for fenerbahçe. Cenk Hünkar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arın Ayazoğlu in the 75th minute of play. After 82 minutes of play, fenerbahçe's Keramettin Bir made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cenk Hünkar was left in no man's land by his defense there! Vedat Fişek received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Atakan Başesgi's late challenge caught a TRABZONGULDAK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Atakan Başesgi helped the player get up and apologised. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 88th minute of the game. One of fenerbahçe:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of TRABZONGULDAK:s goal. In the 97th minute Keramettin Bir shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cenk Hünkar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Keramettin Bir could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 99th minute of the match, but Cenk Hünkar made a huge save. fenerbahçe played a much better game than TRABZONGULDAK and deserved their victory. The TRABZONGULDAK players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
