In the 21st match minute, Yaprakli was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ahmet Necdet Elçin to maneuver through the defense. Yaprakli's Başaran Uluçam played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vedat Fişek in the 23rd minute of play. In the 31st minute of the match Necmettin Ulubaş sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Cenk Hünkar skillfully saved the ball. Başaran Uluçam made a fantastic save in the 33rd minute, when Şeray Ziya sent off a good shot on target. Cenk Hünkar stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Yunus Boysel's shot from short distance in the 35th minute. If Abdurrezzak Tarim had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 48th minute of the match Necmettin Ulubaş shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Cenk Hünkar showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Yunus Boysel made a kick off. After 51 played minutes Yaprakli got a freekick which was hit by Ahmet Necdet Elçin. 0-3 became the score in the 59th minute when Yunus Boysel elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 62nd minute, Bayındır Mehmet Erserim hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Enginsu Nadir kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. Abdurrezzak Tarim received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Cenk Hünkar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 67th minute the ball was on its way in behind TRABZONGULDAK's goalkeeper Cenk Hünkar, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 72 minutes, Yunus Boysel made it 0-4 with a short kick to the right side. TRABZONGULDAK's Cenk Hünkar tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to Yaprakli getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Ahmet Necdet Elçin hit a great ball. After 81 minutes of play, Yaprakli's Abdurrezzak Tarim made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cenk Hünkar was left in no man's land by his defense there! Yunus Boysel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Abdurrezzak Tarim could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 89th minute of the match, but Cenk Hünkar made a huge save. TRABZONGULDAK's Cenk Hünkar proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 95th minute of the match, managed to save TRABZONGULDAK from getting a goal against them.
