HeRo SK's Uluç Sabahaddin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yunus Boysel in the 40th minute of play. Sadri Orkutay fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Başaran Uluçam having to interfere. Alper Paşa hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. Başaran Uluçam showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kevin Björnsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Sadri Orkutay to strike the kick off in the second half. Tomé Prado's late challenge caught a Yaprakli's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tomé Prado helped the player get up and apologised. Tomé Prado hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. Alper Paşa took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 56th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Uluç Sabahaddin. HeRo SK's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Uluç Sabahaddin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Yunus Boysel's shot from short distance in the 57th minute. The supporters of Yaprakli booed when HeRo SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tomé Prado didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Kevin Björnsson fell near the penalty area in the 61st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored HeRo SK's protests and gave Kevin Björnsson a yellow card for diving instead. 64 minutes into the match, Yaprakli's Abdurrezzak Tarim sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Uluç Sabahaddin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Uluç Sabahaddin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yunus Boysel in the 65th minute of the match. Baycan Sidal hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sadri Orkutay in the 70th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Başaran Uluçam saved Yaprakli from getting behind. In the 71st minute, one of Yaprakli:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Yaprakli. A collision led to HeRo SK getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Kevin Björnsson hit a great ball. In the 84th minute, Yunus Boysel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yunus Boysel in the 89th minute of play forced HeRo SK's goalkeeper Uluç Sabahaddin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 91st minute Yunus Boysel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Uluç Sabahaddin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
