Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Divrigi's Kazım Orkan started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After some fancy dribbling in the 7th minute, Ufuk Akgün managed to get in a good position for a shot. Divrigi's supporters rose to their feet, but Ufuk Akgün was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bayındır Şıran breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 8 played minutes Çaykur Rize Spor Klubü got a freekick which was hit by Doğuş Seyhan. Kazım Orkan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Taner Sağun's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Bayındır Şıran firmly grabbed it by the left post. Divrigi's Kazım Orkan was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 15th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ufuk Akgün in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bayındır Şıran saved Çaykur Rize Spor Klubü from getting behind. When Vedat Yağmurdereli fell near the penalty area in the 22nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Divrigi's protests and gave Vedat Yağmurdereli a yellow card for diving instead. Ufuk Akgün could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Bayındır Şıran made a huge save. Kazım Orkan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bayındır Şıran having to interfere. Ahmet Tolga Koçaş kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. After 43 minutes of play, Çaykur Rize Spor Klubü's Sungurbey Kura made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bilge Kağan Zeyrek was left in no man's land by his defense there! The Divrigi players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Çaykur Rize Spor Klubü were winning 1-2.

In the 60th minute, Ufuk Akgün ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bayındır Şıran was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. Doğuş Seyhan's late challenge caught a Divrigi's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Doğuş Seyhan helped the player get up and apologised. In the 65th minute, Doğuş Seyhan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Divrigi booed when Çaykur Rize Spor Klubü was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Doğuş Seyhan didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 70th minute Kazım Orkan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bayındır Şıran saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Doğuş Seyhan kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. If Sabahattin Yaver had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bayındır Şıran showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ufuk Akgün in the 77th minute of the match. Suat Kocaman could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 80th minute of the match, but Bilge Kağan Zeyrek made a huge save. Taner Sağun received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Bayındır Şıran tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bayındır Şıran made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sabahattin Yaver in the 83rd minute of play. Kazım Orkan took the ball and in the 86 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bayındır Şıran. Bayındır Şıran dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-2. Çaykur Rize Spor Klubü's Bayındır Şıran played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sabahattin Yaver in the 89th minute of play. 91 minutes into the match, Çaykur Rize Spor Klubü's goal looked a bit too open when Ufuk Akgün came free, but Bayındır Şıran reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 94 minutes into the match, Çaykur Rize Spor Klubü's goal looked a bit too open when Taner Sağun came free, but Bayındır Şıran reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 96th minute, Sungurbey Kura reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Bilge Kağan Zeyrek. The goal made the score 4-3. When the referee ended the match the Divrigi players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
