After a defensive mix-up in Cagaloglu JK's zone, Melih Cevdet Acaröz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arif Memduh Sefer came out of the goal and Melih Cevdet Acaröz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Melih Cevdet Acaröz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Arif Memduh Sefer read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 31st minute of play. A collision led to Cagaloglu JK getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Hatemi İlsu hit a great ball. Arif Memduh Sefer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Melih Cevdet Acaröz in the 39th minute of the match. If Yaman Hür had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Yaman Hür received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Arif Memduh Sefer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Melih Cevdet Acaröz in the 47th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arif Memduh Sefer prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Fatih İlbeyi to make the kick off. Fatih İlbeyi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ahmet Ömür Yonal having to interfere. Melih Cevdet Acaröz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arif Memduh Sefer having to interfere. Arif Memduh Sefer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Melih Cevdet Acaröz, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. Ahmet Ömür Yonal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Günay Rakim in the 70th minute of play. Melih Cevdet Acaröz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cagaloglu JK's Arif Memduh Sefer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Melih Cevdet Acaröz in the 74th minute of play. If Yaman Hür had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ahmet Ömür Yonal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fatih İlbeyi in the 87th minute of the match. Arif Memduh Sefer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Melih Cevdet Acaröz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Antalyasporum's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
