Spectators: 7203 (Terracing: 5404, Seating: 1656, VIP seats: 143) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ayberk Canal started the match with the kick off. Balaban Atik made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erkin Mengüç in the 6th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Ayberk Canal managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tesvikiye's supporters rose to their feet, but Ayberk Canal was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cankut Apaydın breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ahmet Bülent Kırgız recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cankut Apaydın made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Ahmet Bülent Kırgız sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Cagne FC's Bünyamin Öktemer got a free kick in the 23rd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ahmet Bülent Kırgız got free with Cankut Apaydın in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The referee felt a red card was in order, 27 minutes into the game, when Çağatay Canatan put in a rough tackle. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 26th minute of the game. One of Cagne FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Tesvikiye:s goal. In the 42nd minute of the match Bora Yoran shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Cankut Apaydın showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 43rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Tesvikiye's goalkeeper Balaban Atik, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Erkin Mengüç had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Erkin Mengüç was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, Cagne FC's Bünyamin Öktemer got a free kick in the 55th minute. After recieving a nice pass, Tesvikiye's Ahmet Erdem Açıkgün tried to score from far away in the 56th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ahmet Bülent Kırgız in the 62nd minute of play forced Cagne FC's goalkeeper Cankut Apaydın to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ahmet Bülent Kırgız sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 67 played minutes Cagne FC got a freekick which was hit by Bünyamin Öktemer. In the 70th minute of the match Tesvikiye got a corner. Cagne FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ahmet Erdem Açıkgün ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Ahmet Erdem Açıkgün got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Cankut Apaydın quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The audience was convinced that Ahmet Bülent Kırgız's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cankut Apaydın was relentless in the 75th minute of the game. Cankut Apaydın showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ayberk Canal, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. Cankut Apaydın took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ayberk Canal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Ahmet Bülent Kırgız managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tesvikiye's supporters rose to their feet, but Ahmet Bülent Kırgız was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. In the 87thth minute of the game Ahmet Bülent Kırgız who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cagne FC's Cankut Apaydın was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Ayberk Canal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tesvikiye were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Cagne FC for a fine match.
