In the 11th minute, Güneş Samim got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, İlmi Kırca managed to get in a good position for a shot. MeRGeN G.d.'s supporters rose to their feet, but İlmi Kırca was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Arif Memduh Baybars breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Yaşar Nuri Buğrahan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ahmet Necdet Özyurt having to interfere. İskender Tuğlu succeeded in the game's 17th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-1. In the 25th minute, İlmi Kırca reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Arif Memduh Baybars. The goal made the score 1-1. MeRGeN G.d.'s Ahmet Necdet Özyurt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yaşar Nuri Buğrahan in the 35th minute of play. Ahmet Necdet Özyurt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yaşar Nuri Buğrahan, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. When MeRGeN G.d.'s İlmi Kırca in the 41st minute got a chance for a shot 41st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Demirci's goalie prevented a goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Yaşar Nuri Buğrahan made a kick off. A collision led to Demirci getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Recep İpekçi hit a great ball. 57 minutes into the game, Güneş Samim cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Arif Memduh Baybars was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a defensive mix-up in Demirci's zone, İlmi Kırca stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arif Memduh Baybars came out of the goal and İlmi Kırca tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 68thth minute of the game Güneş Samim who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Demirci's Arif Memduh Baybars was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. İskender Tuğlu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Ahmet Necdet Özyurt made a huge save. Yaşar Nuri Buğrahan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Ahmet Necdet Özyurt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Yaşar Nuri Buğrahan came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the Demirci fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Yaşar Nuri Buğrahan couldn't finish the play. The Demirci fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Arif Memduh Baybars should have stopped the shot. Yaşar Nuri Buğrahan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Ahmet Necdet Özyurt made a huge save. After a defensive mix-up in Demirci's zone, Güneş Samim stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arif Memduh Baybars came out of the goal and Güneş Samim tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. MeRGeN G.d.'s supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
