TheBusbyBabes's Mehmet Ferit Özdağ played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ertunç Orcun in the 36th minute of play. Ertunç Orcun took the ball and in the 40 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mehmet Ferit Özdağ. Mehmet Ferit Özdağ dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. 43 minutes into the game, Yunus Işık cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Mehmet Ferit Özdağ was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Alkan Masuk hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. After the first half Candir were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

After 53 played minutes Vehdi Acartürk rounded TheBusbyBabes's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-3. Aytekin Keyfer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Mehmet Ferit Özdağ tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mehmet Ferit Özdağ showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ertunç Orcun in the 61st minute of the match. Yunus Işık's late challenge caught a TheBusbyBabes's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. In the 65th minute, Ege Özkok got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 69 minutes into the match, TheBusbyBabes's goal looked a bit too open when Ertunç Orcun came free, but Mehmet Ferit Özdağ reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Aytekin Keyfer could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Mehmet Ferit Özdağ made a huge save. When Cevher Okhan came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the TheBusbyBabes fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cevher Okhan couldn't finish the play. 80 minutes into the game, TheBusbyBabes's Genco Mutlualp nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tekin Derinöz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-3. In the 93rd minute Vehdi Acartürk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mehmet Ferit Özdağ saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
