After a defensive mix-up in Akyurt FK's zone, Mehdi Yalaza stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sezgin Uygur came out of the goal and Mehdi Yalaza tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Akyurt FK's Sezgin Uygur proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save Akyurt FK from getting a goal against them. Sezgin Uygur made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Serter Kahya in the 17th minute of play. 23 minutes into the match, Ormanlı Spor Kulübü's Mehdi Yalaza sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sezgin Uygur narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The Akyurt FK fans' excitement grew in the 26th match minute when Akyurt FK's Ercan Suer looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Mehdi Yalaza's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 30thth minute, Sezgin Uygur skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After 32 played minutes Ormanlı Spor Kulübü got a freekick which was hit by Güneş Refi. Ahmet Nedim Öztek's late challenge caught a Ormanlı Spor Kulübü's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ahmet Nedim Öztek helped the player get up and apologised. In the 35th match minute, Akyurt FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ahmet Nedim Öztek to maneuver through the defense. If Mehdi Yalaza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Serter Kahya was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 42nd minute. Ormanlı Spor Kulübü's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Serter Kahya to strike the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the game, Ormanlı Spor Kulübü's Serter Kahya nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sezgin Uygur made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Muhsin Ünlüsoy managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ormanlı Spor Kulübü's supporters rose to their feet, but Muhsin Ünlüsoy was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sezgin Uygur breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Mehdi Yalaza blasted a shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Sezgin Uygur having to make a save. Sezgin Uygur showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Serter Kahya in the 62nd minute of the match. In the 66th match minute, Ormanlı Spor Kulübü was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kutalp Ünsi to maneuver through the defense. In the 69th minute of the match Akyurt FK got a corner. Ormanlı Spor Kulübü's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Alkan Yıldırımtürk ran over to the corner to take the kick. 69 minutes into the game when Aydın Rafi tried to clear up in front of the goal it happened that the ball rolled into goal via right pole. An extremely disappointing self made goal which led to 1-2. Akyurt FK's Ahmet Nedim Öztek got his second yellow card of the match in the 72nd minute. The referee ordered Ahmet Nedim Öztek off the ground. Serter Kahya succeeded in the game's 74th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-2. 79 minutes into the match, Akyurt FK's goal looked a bit too open when Muhsin Ünlüsoy came free, but Sezgin Uygur reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ormanlı Spor Kulübü's Serter Kahya got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Bayındır Mehmet Tolun made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ercan Suer in the 82nd minute. After 83 minutes of play, Akyurt FK's Aybek Tüzel made it 2-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bayındır Mehmet Tolun was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, Akyurt FK's Galip Sevgen got a free kick in the 91st minute. 92 minutes into the match, Akyurt FK's goal looked a bit too open when Serter Kahya came free, but Sezgin Uygur reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mehdi Yalaza recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Akyurt FK's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
