Alişan Usluer took the ball and in the 43 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Yasin Ilıca. Yasin Ilıca dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Kudret Hacıoğlu made a kick off. Kudret Hacıoğlu scored 1-2 in the 53rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rüştü Murathan, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Kudret Hacıoğlu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Rüştü Murathan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Edessa Castle's zone, Alişan Usluer stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Yasin Ilıca came out of the goal and Alişan Usluer tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 60th minute, Arif Oğuz Barkın left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sefaatli fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. Arif Oğuz Barkın struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Yasin Ilıca didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sefaatli. Atabek Özbal's late challenge caught a Sefaatli's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Atabek Özbal helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Sefaatli booed when Edessa Castle was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. When Atabek Özbal was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 85 minutes had been played. In the 86th match minute, Edessa Castle was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Atabek Özbal to maneuver through the defense. If Arif Oğuz Barkın had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Alişan Usluer managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sefaatli's supporters rose to their feet, but Alişan Usluer was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Yasin Ilıca breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the final whistle sounded Sefaatli left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Edessa Castle.
