Giresun FK's Hüseyin Aktaş got a good chance for a goal in the 48th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The wind increased when Andaç Safih made the kick off in the second half. When Samim Topçam, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 53 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Tolga Koçaslan was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. In the 55th minute, Andaç Safih hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Andaç Safih sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hüseyin Aktaş could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Tolga Koçaslan made a huge save. Coşkun Tengiz hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. After having played for 77 minutes, Hüseyin Aktaş managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Giresun FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hüseyin Aktaş was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 80 minutes into the match, Belen's goal looked a bit too open when Andaç Safih came free, but Tolga Koçaslan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hüseyin Aktaşs short, quick shot in the 89thth minute got Tolga Koçaslan to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Onur Sağıt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Namık Kemal Şevki, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute.
