Tolga Başkurt started the match with the kick off. 8 minutes into the match, Gaziosmanpaşa sk's goal looked a bit too open when Mustafa Hakan Akersoy came free, but Bahattin Pekdeger reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Samir Resul fell near the penalty area in the 9th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Baskil SK's protests and gave Samir Resul a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Baskil SK getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Samir Resul hit a great ball. Bedih Durkayas short, quick shot in the 12thth minute got Cevat Kantürk to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. With a little luck, Baskil SK's Cevat Kantürk got control of the ball when Bedih Durkaya tried to sneak it across the goal line. Mustafa Hakan Akersoy recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 17th minute, Kerem Soysal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cevat Kantürk made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Bedih Durkaya sent off a good shot on target. After a defensive mix-up in Gaziosmanpaşa sk's zone, Mustafa Hakan Akersoy stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bahattin Pekdeger came out of the goal and Mustafa Hakan Akersoy tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 30 minutes into the match, Gaziosmanpaşa sk's goal looked a bit too open when Mustafa Hakan Akersoy came free, but Bahattin Pekdeger reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Baskil SK getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Rasim Onursu hit a great ball. Mustafa Hakan Akersoy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Bahattin Pekdeger tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 40th minute, Tolga Başkurt ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bahattin Pekdeger was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Tolga Başkurt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bahattin Pekdeger having to interfere.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ahmet Ege Baydan stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Gaziosmanpaşa sk's zone, Tolga Başkurt stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bahattin Pekdeger came out of the goal and Tolga Başkurt tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 55 minutes into the match, Mustafa Hakan Akersoy notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Gaziosmanpaşa sk's Bahattin Pekdeger. Bahattin Pekdeger was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Bahattin Pekdeger was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Tolga Başkurt showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-3 in the 66 minute of play. Bahattin Pekdeger showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tolga Başkurt in the 69th minute of the match. Bahattin Pekdeger made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mustafa Hakan Akersoy in the 70th minute. Mustafa Hakan Akersoy might have been able to make a better finish in the 77th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bahattin Pekdeger. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mustafa Hakan Akersoy ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpected shot in the 78th minute by Mustafa Hakan Akersoy got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Gaziosmanpaşa sk's Ahmet Ege Baydan got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Gaziosmanpaşa sk booed when Baskil SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ali Atıf Tecimer didn't get a good kick on the ball. Baskil SK's Tolga Başkurt got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mustafa Hakan Akersoy struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Bahattin Pekdeger didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Baskil SK. Bahattin Pekdeger made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tolga Başkurt in the 92nd minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Mustafa Hakan Akersoy managed to get in a good position for a shot. Baskil SK's supporters rose to their feet, but Mustafa Hakan Akersoy was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bahattin Pekdeger breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Mustafa Hakan Akersoy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
