After a defensive mix-up in Adanaspor's zone, Akın Atlıoğlu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bedrettin Kantara came out of the goal and Akın Atlıoğlu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A hard shot 23 in the game by Karl-Erik Bergqvist from a close distance when the talented Bedrettin Kantara managed to make a qualified save. Adanaspor's players were relieved. Akın Atlıoğlu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Bedrettin Kantara tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ahmet Fikret Batır made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nizam Emek in the 28th minute of play. Ahmet Fikret Batır took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Muharrem Özbas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 34th minute Necip Fazıl Hacıbeyoğlu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bedrettin Kantara saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Karl-Erik Bergqvist came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the BoZKuRT SpOr fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Karl-Erik Bergqvist couldn't finish the play. In the 46th minute the ball was on its way in behind Adanaspor's goalkeeper Bedrettin Kantara, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 47 minutes into the match, BoZKuRT SpOr's Karl-Erik Bergqvist sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bedrettin Kantara narrowly saved just below the crossbar.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Karl-Erik Bergqvist to make the kick off. Muharrem Özbas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but Ahmet Fikret Batır made a huge save. 59 minutes into the game, Muharrem Özbas cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Ahmet Fikret Batır was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Nizam Emek fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ahmet Fikret Batır having to interfere. In the 76th minute, Karl-Erik Bergqvist made a precise shot to the right of Bedrettin Kantara. Adanaspor's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. In the 81st minute Akın Atlıoğlu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bedrettin Kantara saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Hulki Ataner had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Bedrettin Kantara showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hulki Ataner in the 96th minute of the match. When the referee ended the match the BoZKuRT SpOr players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
