The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a rather tough play, LazYo.53 SK's Ali Numan Saadettin got a free kick in the 2nd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bilge İğdemir got free with Andaç Civanmert in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Cafer Mecit made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hikmet Yasun in the 25th minute of play. Ahmet Danış Isfahanlı hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. Cafer Mecit showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Raşit Aktürk in the 27th minute of the match. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Hikmet Yasun made a kick off. Andaç Civanmert showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bilge İğdemir in the 52nd minute of the match. If Hakkı Deniz Vahapoğlu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Necdet Kuddus's late challenge caught a mersinİy's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Necdet Kuddus helped the player get up and apologised. Necdet Kuddus hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. When the match clock showed 57 minutes, the score became 0-4 when Hikmet Yasun sped through LazYo.53 SK's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Cafer Mecit. Bilge İğdemir hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Cafer Mecit was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Hakkı Deniz Vahapoğlu showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-5 in the 67 minute of play. 72 minutes into the game, mersinİy's Yiğit Can Akyıldız nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Cafer Mecit made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-6. After a rather tough play, LazYo.53 SK's Bedirhan Temur got a free kick in the 76th minute. The LazYo.53 SK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cafer Mecit should have stopped the shot. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ataol Serter during the 83rd minute.
