If Sermet Tayguner had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mehmet Bedri Uluşahin struck a weak shot in the 6th minute. Kenan Yura didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Karakocan SK. 10 minutes into the match, Mehmet Bedri Uluşahin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kenan Yura. Manisa buyuk sehir's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mehmet Bedri Uluşahin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Kenan Yura was out of position in the 19 minute of play, and Sermet Tayguner capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Sermet Tayguner really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. Kenan Yura stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sermet Tayguner's shot from short distance in the 25th minute. Mehmet Bedri Uluşahin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Kenan Yura made a huge save. Manisa buyuk sehir's Kenan Yura proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 33rd minute of the match, managed to save Manisa buyuk sehir from getting a goal against them. Mehmet Bedri Uluşahin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 39 minutes into the match, Karakocan SK's Mehmet Bedri Uluşahin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Kenan Yura narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Kenan Yura made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mehmet Bedri Uluşahin in the 45th minute. Sermet Tayguner was extremely unlucky when he, in the 46th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tuncay Nafi during the 47th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 47th minute, Tuncay Nafi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Sermet Tayguner in the 52nd minute of play forced Manisa buyuk sehir's goalkeeper Kenan Yura to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Birol Cevahir kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Sezai Uğurata. That made the score 2-1 in the 58 minute of play. Kenan Yura took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mehmet Bedri Uluşahin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Manisa buyuk sehir's zone, Sermet Tayguner stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kenan Yura came out of the goal and Sermet Tayguner tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Birol Cevahir managed to get in a good position for a shot. Manisa buyuk sehir's supporters rose to their feet, but Birol Cevahir was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sezai Uğurata breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Mehmet Ali Yahya recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Kenan Yura took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mehmet Bedri Uluşahin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kenan Yura showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sermet Tayguner, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Pekin Çakır hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Sezai Uğurata was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Salih Otaç. When the referee ended the match the Karakocan SK players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
