The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Sahilevleri's Aziz Yağınalp got a good chance for a goal in the 7th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in THE GODFATHER's zone, Aziz Yağınalp stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cihat Arman came out of the goal and Aziz Yağınalp tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cihat Arman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Latif Kutlualp, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. After some careless play in the THE GODFATHER defense, Latif Kutlualp kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cihat Arman. The THE GODFATHER fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cihat Arman should have stopped the shot. A collision led to Sahilevleri getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Mehmet Edip Sağun hit a great ball. 17 minutes into the game, Halil Utku Hinoğlu recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Mehmet Anıl Bozkurt. Halil Utku Hinoğlu showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Halil Utku Hinoğlu got free with Mehmet Anıl Bozkurt in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. THE GODFATHER's Halil Utku Hinoğlu got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mehmet Anıl Bozkurt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Halil Utku Hinoğlu in the 32nd minute of the match. Mehmet Anıl Bozkurt stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Halil Utku Hinoğlu's shot from short distance in the 34th minute. Halil Utku Hinoğlu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 37th minute, Halil Utku Hinoğlu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Halil Utku Hinoğlu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Halil Utku Hinoğlu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mehmet Anıl Bozkurt having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

Cihat Arman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Latif Kutlualp, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aziz Yağınalp sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The THE GODFATHER fans' excitement grew in the 63rd match minute when THE GODFATHER's Halil Utku Hinoğlu looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Mehmet Anıl Bozkurt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vedat Murić in the 70th minute of play. The supporters of THE GODFATHER booed when Sahilevleri was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Latif Kutlualp didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 77th match minute, Sahilevleri was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aziz Yağınalp to maneuver through the defense. Mehmet Anıl Bozkurt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ahmet Davut Akbatu in the 85th minute of the match. Mehmet Anıl Bozkurt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vedat Murić in the 86th minute of play. Sahilevleri's Mehmet Anıl Bozkurt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Halil Utku Hinoğlu in the 88th minute of play. THE GODFATHER walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
