But to his dismay, Resulhan Nursal quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. The EreğliSpor fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Göktan Delioğlu should have stopped the shot. 40 minutes into the match, Resulhan Nursal notched a goal, 3-3, to the right of EreğliSpor's Göktan Delioğlu. Göktan Delioğlu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ayhan Göçer during the 44th minute. In the 76th minute, Resulhan Nursal fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Göktan Delioğlu, passed just outside the right post. Ahmet İlke Onursan received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Göktan Delioğlu came out and tried to block the shot, but Ahmet İlke Onursan slotted it home off the left post making it 3-5 in the 78th minute. Ayhan Göçer might have been able to make a better finish in the 82nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Göktan Delioğlu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ayhan Göçer ran back to his position shaking his head. Göktan Delioğlu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ahmet İlke Onursan, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. In the 91st minute, Resulhan Nursal made a precise shot to the right of Göktan Delioğlu. EreğliSpor's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-7. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ahmet İlke Onursan in the 97th minute of play forced EreğliSpor's goalkeeper Göktan Delioğlu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
