Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Suphi Murtaza started the match with the kick off. 6 minutes into the match, mersin's goal looked a bit too open when Ercüment Özsahin came free, but Mazhar Akdeniz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dörtdivan's Ercüment Özsahin got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Dörtdivan's zone, Suphi Murtaza stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cenap Abdulhakimoğlu came out of the goal and Suphi Murtaza tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Suphi Murtaza came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the mersin fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Suphi Murtaza couldn't finish the play. In the 25th minute, Ercüment Özsahin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ercüment Özsahin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Mazhar Akdeniz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hüseyin Alan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 37 minutes, Cuma Ongar mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Dörtdivan and the mersin players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 38th minute there was a penalty for mersin. Oğuzer Savtuna stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Cenap Abdulhakimoğlu. 1-1. After a rather tough play, Dörtdivan's Hüseyin Alan got a free kick in the 40th minute. Suphi Murtaza received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Cenap Abdulhakimoğlu came out and tried to block the shot, but Suphi Murtaza slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 44th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

Mazhar Akdeniz made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Hüseyin Alan sent off a good shot on target. After a defensive mix-up in mersin's zone, Hüseyin Alan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mazhar Akdeniz came out of the goal and Hüseyin Alan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Dörtdivan booed when mersin was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Oğuzer Savtuna didn't get a good kick on the ball. 63 minutes in the game Besim Şahan after having made a beautiful turn got a great opportunity to score and fired away a shot that went just to the left past a relieved Mazhar Akdeniz. A very good opportunity. Suphi Murtaza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cenap Abdulhakimoğlu having to interfere. When Ahmet Hasan Türcan came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the mersin fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ahmet Hasan Türcan couldn't finish the play. Ahmet Hasan Türcan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ercüment Özsahin struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Mazhar Akdeniz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dörtdivan. In the 81st minute Suphi Murtaza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cenap Abdulhakimoğlu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hüseyin Alan's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 84thth minute, Mazhar Akdeniz skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 85 minutes into the match, Dörtdivan's goal looked a bit too open when Suphi Murtaza came free, but Cenap Abdulhakimoğlu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 86 minutes into the game, Binali Böke was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Dörtdivan's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave mersin the free kick. In the 86th match minute, Dörtdivan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Binali Böke to maneuver through the defense. mersin's Suphi Murtaza got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Aşkın Yetkiner kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. Mazhar Akdeniz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Hüseyin Alan went, in the 93rd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score.
