Yağızalp Kutay received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Ekrem Orsel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. TRabzon FC's Ekrem Orsel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yağızalp Kutay in the 15th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Viransehir FK's zone, Asrın Samih stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dilmen Usbay came out of the goal and Asrın Samih tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Aytunç Şehzat received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Dilmen Usbay came out and tried to block the shot, but Aytunç Şehzat slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 20th minute. Yağızalp Kutay took the ball and in the 25 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ekrem Orsel. Ekrem Orsel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Ekrem Orsel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Çetin Kocaalp in the 36th minute of the match. Viransehir FK's Çetin Kocaalp suffered a sore thigh after 39 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Nejat Acarsoy's late challenge caught a Viransehir FK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nejat Acarsoy helped the player get up and apologised. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 38th minute of the game. One of TRabzon FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Viransehir FK:s goal. The referee gave Viransehir FK a penalty, 41 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Hüseyin Boyraz, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of TRabzon FC's Ekrem Orsel. 1-2. Alparslan Batıkan hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. 46 minutes into the match, TRabzon FC's goal looked a bit too open when Yağızalp Kutay came free, but Ekrem Orsel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half Viransehir FK were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When Yağızalp Kutay came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Viransehir FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Yağızalp Kutay couldn't finish the play. Yağızalp Kutay fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ekrem Orsel having to interfere. Serhan Polatkan hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. Yağızalp Kutay succeeded in the game's 65th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-3. Yağızalp Kutay fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ekrem Orsel having to interfere. Burhan Okyay lost his temper 70 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 71st match minute, Viransehir FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Burhan Okyay to maneuver through the defense. If Abdulhamit Yiğiter had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to TRabzon FC getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Demiralp Önateş hit a great ball. Özal Sözmen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Nihat İmruz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pekin Oğuralp struck a weak shot in the 91st minute. Ekrem Orsel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Viransehir FK. Ekrem Orsel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Özal Sözmen in the 93rd minute of the match. Aytunç Şehzat fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dilmen Usbay having to interfere. Viransehir FK played a much better game than TRabzon FC and deserved their victory. The TRabzon FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
